Job Description

Program Manager One Federal Solution is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide strategic oversight, leadership, and coordination across contract activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted single point of contact for government stakeholders, manage performance across projects and teams, and ensure contractual requirements are met with precision, as follows: Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary and single point of contact for the Government's Contracting Officer and COR.
  • Maintain full responsibility for planning, execution, oversight, and completion of all contractor work under the SOW.
  • Ensure all contract requirements, deliverables, schedules, and performance standards are met.
  • Provide day-to-day contract management, including task coordination, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
  • Respond to requests for discussion or resolution of technical issues within 24 hours of notification.
  • Designate and manage alternate Project Manager(s), ensuring continuity of operations during absences.
  • Ensure that only one designated alternate has full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor during any absence.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with Government stakeholders.
  • Support proposal development by providing the Project Manager's name and designated alternate(s) as part of the Contractor's submission. Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-10 years of Project Management experience, preferably supporting federal government contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a single point of contact for Government stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of federal contracting environments, including interaction with Contracting Officers and CORs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, schedules, and deliverables under strict compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to technical and operational issues.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting DoD, civilian agencies, or other federal entities.
  • Familiarity with SOW-driven performance management and compliance tracking.
  • Experience managing subcontractors or multi-disciplinary teams.
