Job Description
Sparks Group, partnered with a nationally renowned forward-thinking government contractor seeking an experienced a Sr. Contracts Administrator to support cradle-to-grave Government and DoD contracting activities. This role will be responsible for supporting RFQ and RFP proposal responses, administering and negotiating contractual awards, and ensuring compliance with applicable federal procurement regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities Support RFQ/RFP proposal responses for Government and DoD prime contractor opportunities, including solicitation review, compliance, and contractual submissions. Administer and negotiate contract awards, modifications, and other contractual transactions throughout the contract lifecycle. Perform contract administration, negotiations, and customer interactions while ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA, CMMC, and company policies. Maintain the contracts database and internal systems, ensuring accurate and timely contract documentation and records. Partner with Program, Finance, Pricing, Operations, Business Development, and other internal teams to provide guidance on contractual rights, obligations, and solicitation requirements. Key Requirements 7-10 years of contracts administration/management experience, preferably supporting Government and/or DoD contracts. Bachelor's degree with strong working knowledge of
FAR, DFARS, CMMC, GSA
Schedule processes, and commercial contracting practices. Understanding of ITAR, EAR, and legal/financial principles related to various contract types. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint preferred. Must be aUS Citizen Preferred:
CPCM certification or equivalent contracts education is a plus. - This job is In-Person.
