Job Description
## Standard Job Description Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. ## Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 8 years of professional experience; or 6 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level. Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, components and hardware within Defense industry. Thorough knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as LMAP and
FAR/DFAR
acquisition policies. Strong demonstrated negotiation skills, Thorough knowledge/understanding of contract types. Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment with the ability to serve as focal for certain critical procurements. Must have advanced communication skills and customer focus. ## Desired Skills- Demonstrated problem solving skills Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions.

Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $111400.00 - $206800.00

- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $100200.00 - $186200.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $89100.00 - $165500.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $80200.00 - $149000.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.
