Detail-driven, client-focused, organized, and calm under pressure About the Role RITE Technology is looking for a Client Success Contracts Enthusiast to own the integrity, accuracy, and performance of the contract lifecycle. This role ensures contracts are created correctly, billed accurately, submitted for funding efficiently, maintained proactively, and managed in a way that balances what is right for the client with what is right for the business. This position serves as a key connection point between Client Success, Finance, Sales, leasing partners, ITT vendors, and clients. The right candidate will bring intentionality to every contract by proactively identifying discrepancies, resolving disputes, preventing billing issues, and helping create positive outcomes during challenging conversations. If you are highly detail-oriented, confident communicating with clients, comfortable working with financial and contractual information, and able to de-escalate issues while protecting both client trust and company interests, this could be a strong fit.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The accuracy, client experience, and follow-through of every contract from creation through billing, funding, audit, dispute resolution, and collection. Key Responsibilities Contract Administration & Deal Processing Create, review, and process contract documentation accurately and on time. Own deal processing from procurement through contract creation, invoicing, and funding submission. Validate pricing, billing schedules, funding requirements, and supporting documentation before activation. Partner with Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Operations to resolve missing or conflicting information. Contract Billing Ownership Maintain accurate recurring contract billing and ensure records align with client and leasing agreements. Process contract additions, removals, adjustments, renewals, and modifications with complete support. Monitor billing activity, identify discrepancies, and correct issues before they affect the client. Contract Audits, Assessments & Adjustments Conduct contract audits and assessments for accuracy, completeness, and financial integrity. Identify billing gaps, overbilling, underbilling, outdated terms, and other contract inconsistencies. Document findings, recommend corrections, and ensure approved adjustments are completed. Contract Disputes & Client Resolution Serve as the primary point of contact for contract and contract-billing disputes. Investigate concerns thoroughly, objectively, and with urgency. De-escalate difficult situations while balancing client advocacy with responsible business decisions. Communicate findings, options, decisions, and next steps clearly and professionally. Client-Facing Collections Conduct client-facing collection activity with professionalism, consistency, and respect. Identify and resolve account concerns that contribute to delayed payment. Preserve the client relationship while establishing clear expectations and follow-through. Escalate collection risks and unresolved issues appropriately. ITT Contract & Vendor Partnership Facilitate inbound and outbound ITT contracts from setup through ongoing administration. Coordinate with ITT vendors on new contracts, changes, renewals, and continuing invoicing. Maintain productive partner relationships and clear documentation of commitments and decisions. Invoice Audits & Leasing Verification Audit ITT invoices and research invoice disputes or discrepancies. Coordinate timely corrections with ITT vendors, leasing partners, clients, and internal teams. Complete leasing company billing verifications and confirm alignment among funding, contract, and invoice details. Meter Reading Disputes Investigate meter reading and usage disputes using available supporting data. Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and manufacturers to reach timely resolution. Identify root causes and recommend process improvements that reduce repeat disputes. Measurable Success Indicators
