Duties Performs contract review to identify contractual technical requirements and develop required tasks for the execution of the surveillance plans. Identifies frequency and intensity of production surveillance required to perform on assigned contracts. Assesses the corrections validity and the proposed labor and material costs and ensure the correction effort is not covered by the basic contract. Assures contractors understanding and validates execution of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) requirements. One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-11 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including minimum qualifications and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.Creditable specialized experience includes:
Reviewing/analyzing contractor performance, plans, schedules, controls, and industrial processes as they relate to delivery schedules, delays, and supply management. Overseeing contractor capability to produce/deliver products and services. Performing contract reviews. Assisting in developing production surveillance plans. Reviewing/analyzing data used for risk assessments and process reviews related to manufacturing and/or industrial processes. B.Education Substitution:
