About the role Lead a small contractor team supporting the Fort Benning Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Business Operations and Integration Division. The team keeps the installation's work-order, project, real property and space data accurate in GFEBS and related Army systems, which Headquarters uses to set Fort Benning's facility funding.
This is a working-lead role:
you manage the contract and also do hands-on analysis. This position is contingent on contract award to Kaliwohi Services Corporation.
Anticipated start:
13 October 2026. Full-time, on site at Fort Benning, Georgia (Columbus / Phenix City area). Current and former Fort Benning DPW contract staff are encouraged to apply. What you will do
- Serve as the company's on-site representative with full authority for daily operations; meet with the Contracting Officer and COR.
- Lead Annual Work Plan support: GFEBS work-order analysis and monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports; MDEP execution and reconciliation to
SAG 131/132.
- Direct the annual sustainment funding analysis: capture the
GFEBS SQ00
facility report on 30 September, trace HQIIS/DAIS and Facility Sustainment Model changes, and prepare the comparison report.
- Oversee cProjects/DA4283 project creation, GFEBS Project System transfers and closeouts, and ArMA monitoring.
- Oversee ePRISMS space validation (about 73 buildings per year), BUILDER SMS updates and the quarterly discrepancy list, and eMASS IT accountability.
- Run quality control against the Government's performance standards (for example 95% accuracy and 100% on-time reports), handle staffing and training, and deliver monthly status reports. Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Army or DoD installation public works, facilities work management, real property, or facilities financial management.
- 3+ years of hands-on GFEBS experience, including Plant Maintenance work orders and/or Project System.
- Experience preparing budget, execution or work-plan reports for leadership.
- Experience supervising or leading a team.
- U.S. citizen, able to pass a background check and get a DoD Common Access Card (CAC). No security clearance is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to work on site at Fort Benning, GA, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM.
- Complete required Government training: annual Cyber Awareness, AT Level I/OPSEC, and iWATCH. Preferred qualifications
- Currently holds GFEBS Plant Maintenance roles (Order Approver, Order Maintainer, Work Notification Processor, Master Data Maintainer, etc.).
- Knowledge of HQIIS, DAIS, the Facility Sustainment Model, and
SAG 131/132
sustainment funding.
- Experience at the Fort Benning DPW.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering management or a related field.
- Experience with BUILDER SMS, ePRISMS, ArMA or eMASS.
- Veteran.

$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
