Business Operations Support Services Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a Business Operations Support Services contract supporting Work Management and Engineering Systems at Fort Benning, Georgia. The Contract Manager will serve as the Contractor's primary operational lead and will be responsible for ensuring successful performance of all requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This position will manage contractor personnel, coordinate with Government stakeholders, oversee quality control, monitor deliverables and reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable DoD, Army, Fort Benning, security, and contract requirements. The Contract Manager or designated alternate must be available during normal contract operating hours and have the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor regarding daily contract operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee day-to-day performance of the contract and contractor workforce. Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for daily operational matters. Coordinate with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Fort Benning stakeholders. Normal operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, excluding recognized federal holidays and Government-directed facility closures. The selected candidate will be required to obtain and maintain applicable installation access and Government network credentials, including a Common Access Card (CAC), subject to Government security and eligibility requirements. This position is being recruited in anticipation of contract award and is expected to support operations at Fort Benning, Georgia. The position will become active upon contract award and completion of applicable onboarding and Government access requirements.
