- Provide excellent technical services to our internal customers
- Implement and support infrastructure services, including wide area networks, storage area networks and application servers.
- Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for optimizing or further leveraging these systems.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement IT solutions.
- Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company's disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
- Work with System Administrator Manager to perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.
- Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.
