Job Description

[Please do not apply if you are not bi-lingual Come be part of Lucky's Team ! We are a growing Dog Treat manufacturer and E-commerce company located in Norcross with an immediate need for a full time Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator.BI-LINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH REQUIRED

- Responsible for processing payroll.
- Recruit for manufacturing, warehouse, and office employees.
- Onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with developing programs, policies and practices to maintain the company's compliance with all federal, state and local employment-related regulatory requirements including GMP, OSHA, FDA, Licensing, etc.
- Responsible for HR employment compliance processes including, but not limited to, administration of I-9, monitoring background check process, employment verification, and unemployment claims.
- Responsible for keeping applicable files both paper and electronic.
- Responsible for processing workers compensation claims and assisting with safety policies.
- Responsible for employee relations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years related work experience and/or education.
- Strong recruiting skills
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
BI-LINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH REQUIRED
[Please do not apply if you are not bi-lingual- Working knowledge of employment laws including, but not limited to the DOL, FLSA, ADA, and EEOC
- Working knowledge of regulatory agency standards including but not limited to FDA, OSHA, GMP, Licensing Requirements, etc.
- Broad knowledge of HR as it relates to leave management and attendance, hiring and recruitment, discipline, labor relations and compliance
- Ability to organize, prioritizes daily work, and maintains strict confidentiality
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems, ATS systems, MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in HR and Recruiting in manufacturing and/or warehouse environment require $17 - $20 depending on experience
