Job Description
Libraria is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll help coordinate and prepare bids, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and other opportunities from school districts and public libraries across the country.

Review and respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and other procurement opportunities. Coordinate proposal responses across multiple departments to ensure complete, accurate, and timely submissions. Maintain an organized database of bids, contracts, awards, renewals, and expiration dates. Track proposal timelines and manage multiple bids simultaneously. Communicate regularly with sales representatives, managers, and leadership regarding bid status, required documentation, and upcoming deadlines.What We're Looking For:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable collaborating with multiple departments and personalities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Pay:
