We deliver a strategic mix of geotechnical and structural solutions to commercial contractors in many different market sectors. The services we specialize in include: Micropiles, Vibratory-Stone Columns, Helicals, Rigid Inclusions, and Aggregate Piers. We are looking to add a full-time Contract Review Specialist. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing, family-owned and oriented company. Duties & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Review contract terms and conditions, performing edits, generating addendums, insurance requirements, and multiple other documents within client contracts to identify areas of legal and operational concern Following contract process through until execution Liaison between contracts department, Business Development, and Project Managers Complete redline of contracts for review and negotiation Incorporate suggested change requirements into contract language Attend internal client meetings Assist internal team members in various account tasks Maintain strong working relationships with customers, in house team members and operations teams Performs special projects as assigned Qualifications 2-5 years' experience in construction contract review positions preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities Self-motivated and capability of organizing and prioritizing work to achieve required results. Demonstrates initiative to support teams for an efficient product outcome Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal communication skills to present and interact with company and client personnel for favorable outcomes (written/verbal) Organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines Pay depending on experience/negotiable
