Job Details:
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the overall operation of the line including safety quality and productivity.
Other duties include:
manage all company safety rules regulations and documentation; insure that team is in full compliance and training is up to date and documented; produce all product following production and packaging parameters to insure that quality requirements are maintained and documented; operate all production equipment to maximize line output while maintaining all quality standards; manage all GMP s training supervising and documenting the team s performance; clean all equipment in accordance with the SOPs; maintain control of all equipment and tools; follow company policies procedures written or verbal; other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma vocational school or equivalent.
Experience:
6 plus months experience in food manufacturing; mechanical abilities to operate basic hand tools in the disassembly and assembly of dough making handling and packaging equipment; familiar with SOP's.
Communication Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Special Skills:
Ability to supervise manage build and lead a team; ability to perform essential functions of job with or without reasonable accommodation; minimum dough making, and back up supervising experience required.
Physical Requirement:
Requires 100 flexibility of wrists and hands; walking bending, standing, and some lifting required; ability to tolerate heights up to 30 feet off the ground on occasion; lifting of up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; ability to move heavy objects 100 lbs. with mechanical device. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Must reside in the United States. Must submit a resume to be considered.
