Job Summary:
We are supporting an opportunity for a detail-oriented CAD professional to help maintain accurate and current facility documentation for a key manufacturing environment. This role is central to keeping as-built records organized, reliable, and aligned with actual field conditions while working closely with facility stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the dedicated on-site CAD resource supporting facility documentation and record accuracy. Assess existing conditions and update drawings to reflect current field conditions. Perform quality checks and review documentation for accuracy and consistency. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and contractors to confirm record conditions and manage a well-organized digital database of as-built files.
Required:
5-8 years of experience in commercial CAD documentation, as-built drawing management, or facilities documentation. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Working experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD; proficiency in both is strongly preferred. Ability to assess existing field conditions and translate findings into accurate CAD record updates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple business units and stakeholder groups. Self-motivated, self-managed, and able to work independently on-site with minimal oversight.
