Job Summary Administers and analyzes medical rebate programs, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and financial standards, managing rebate claims processing, and developing systems to track program performance.
Salary Range:
$26.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities The Professional performs some or all of the following accountabilities as assigned:
  • Providing financial and administrative support to company organizations regarding medical rebate programs.
  • Analyzing summaries of account/program characteristics, prior financial performance, and expected sales, rebates and profitability.
  • Ensuring compliance with standards for contract proposals and that rebates offered align with management's decisions.
  • Managing the processing of rebate claims to ensure contractual obligations are met and payments are properly handled.
  • Analyzing disputed rebate claim data and recommending settlement strategies.
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial reports related to managed care and rebates.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years business experience required Computer knowledge Intermediate experience with Word and Excel Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task SAP and/or Model N experience preferred Knowledge of contracting, pricing and membership functions and the ability to interface effectively with these different groups The Company's primary business language is English. The successful candidate must be able to effectively speak, read, write, and understand English to perform the essential functions of the position, including independently understanding policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications written in English due to our heavily regulated work environment.
