K Job Description:
Manage and administer employee leaves of absence, including FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, personal leave, and other company-approved leave programs. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees throughout the leave process, providing guidance on eligibility, required documentation, leave timelines, and return-to-work requirements. Review and process leave requests and supporting documentation, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and handled confidentially. Track employee leave status, key dates, extensions, certifications, and return-to-work information using HR systems and tracking tools. Coordinate with employees, managers, HR, payroll, benefits providers, and third-party administrators to ensure leaves are administered accurately and consistently. #HR/ADMIN9
