Job Description

SUMMARY:
The Rotable Admin is responsible for communicating with vendors and supplier and reviews reports for discrepancies/inventory actions. Close coordination with Sales and Inventory Planning is required to assure adequate quantities yet avoiding unnecessary inventory buildup for the repair of civil aviation articles in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturers' Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Services Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, government and industry standard practices, and other data acceptable to or approved by the
FAA. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Primarily inside work, constant computer system interaction, runs and reviews reports for action. Communicates with vendors and suppliers. Perform inventory adjustments and warehouse transfers. Gain understanding of sales orders, repair orders, purchase orders processes. Cross-department interaction. Answer and assist customers via phone when needed. Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). 2-3 years of relevant/technical experience. Strong attention to detail, exceptional computer skills (MS Office Suite, Outlook, WMS) Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
: 3 to 4 years' experience in customer service, sales, or customer service. Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail when working with internal and customer data. Ability to be persistent and persuasive while maintaining integrity and respectfulness.
