Contracts and Proposals Specialist

Contracts and Proposals Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Contracts and Proposal Specialist (CPS) will collaborate with the business development team in managing Requests For Proposals and creating study budgets. The CPS will also assist in drafting Statement of Works and Change Orders for awarded projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively, work under strict deadlines while prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create study budgets and revisions based on scope of work Assist in the creation of change orders and follow through to execution Create and revise proposal content in collaboration with business development team Obtain third party costs as needed
• Assists in drafting SOW's and CO's. Assists in tracking the lifecycle of contracts, monitoring key deadlines, and deliverables. Proactively communicate with relevant parties to initiate process as necessary. Comply with and understand company operation, policies, and procedures. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships, providing support to business development team members and clients Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years Clinical Research Experience Able to work in a fast-paced environment Great organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion Basic computer skills
