  • Responsibilities
  • Manages end-to-end subcontractor lifecycle
  • Ensures all subcontractors meet Novartis requirements, including safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., DEA, waste handling, site compliance)
  • Oversees subcontracted services (e.g., waste management, pest control, environmental services), ensuring performance aligns with SLA and contractual expectations
  • Maintains audit-ready vendor documentation, including certifications, insurance, training, and compliance records
  • Supports procurement activities, including RFP coordination, vendor selection inputs, and contract administration
  • Monitors subcontractor KPIs, identifies performance gaps, and drives corrective actions
  • Ensures subcontractor activities align with QHSE requirements and site operational standards
  • Coordinates with Facility Manager, QHSE, and Finance to ensure vendor performance, compliance, and cost alignment
  • Qualifications
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in vendor management, contract administration, or procurement
  • Experience managing subcontractor compliance and performance in operational environments
  • Familiarity with vendor prequalification systems (e.g., Avetta, ISNetworld) preferred
  • Strong understanding of compliance, audit requirements, and documentation standards
  • Experience supporting RFP processes, vendor selection, and contract lifecycle management
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in facilities management, life sciences, or regulated environments preferred
