This role includes managing contract proposals, estimates, and approvals, maintaining insurance certificates for the company and subcontractors, processing billings and invoices—including AIA forms and A/R postings—and supporting Project Managers by handling all contract-related documentation and bookings in a timely manner. Compensation The expected pay range for this position is $75,768-$94,710 per year , depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions. Work Experience Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent business experience (8+ years). 2 years prior experience in a contract administration role or related field is required. Knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance required. Job costing and work in process knowledge required.
