We are a full-service distributor of Generac equipment and solutions providing sales, service and rentals. Major Responsibilities Monitor service contract and service end dates, initiating the renewal process well in advance of expiration. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — answering questions, issuing timely reminders, and addressing concerns throughout the renewal cycle. Work cross-functionally to build renewal proposals, gathering the pricing, scope, and service data required to present a complete package to the client. Negotiate renewal pricing, contract terms, and multi-year commitments; re-estimate contracts to reflect current labor rates. Review service history data to identify at-risk accounts early and intervene to resolve dissatisfaction before it leads to cancellation. Partner with Shared Services to process renewal paperwork and with Contract Entry to ensure accurate system entry. Report renewal progress and the status of current and past-due renewals in team meetings. Minimum Job Requirements Education High school diploma or GED Certification / License None Work Experience 1+ year of customer service, inside sales, account support, contract administration, or comparable business-to-business experience Experience working in a CRM, ERP, or contract management system Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Professional written and verbal communication with external customers Strong organization and independent follow-up against recurring deadlines Accuracy with pricing calculations and contract data entry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Composure and problem-solving in difficult customer conversations Ability to manage client relationships remotely across multiple regions and time zones Ability to compile complete, accurate renewal proposals from pricing, scope, and service data Coordination of inputs from multiple internal departments to meet proposal deadlines Preferred Job Requirements Education Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field Certification / License None required Work Experience 2+ years in contract renewals, subscription/service agreement management, or account management Experience in a service-based or field-service industry with recurring maintenance agreements Exposure to contract re-estimation, escalations, or labor rate structures Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Familiarity with contract terms, renewal clauses, and rate escalations Ability to interpret service history data for early churn indicators Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, lookups) Experience preparing customer-facing proposals or quotesCompensation:
Generac is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary for this role is $25.00 - $30.00 an hour. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.
