The Opportunity:

Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career As the Logistics Contracts Specialist within the TJX Logistics Carrier Management team, you will be managing the governance and standards of legal documents along with rates for carriers and third-party providers. The legal documents represent a broad range of transportation, such as, Ocean, Truckload, Intermodal, Dray and LTL, along with contracts related to our Service Centers, Consolidation/Transload and Yard locations. Responsibilities Responsibilities include the development and management of the Logistics Contract Lifecycle Management System, special projects, SOX compliance and maintaining our Transportation Management System (TMS). Participates, collaborates and implements short and long-term strategies to support TJX growth and business needs Draft contracts pursuant to business requests and works with Legal to ensure governance and standards of legal documents Leads and maintains the Contract Lifecycle Management System (Evisort) to ensure all aspects of contracts are prepared for signature and are accurately filed in the document repository. Builds and maintains dashboards and reporting in Evisort Proactively communicates to Carrier Management Managers the expiration of contract terms Maintains DocuSign and actions outstanding contracts with internal and external parties Maintains accurate zone coverage and rates in TMS, Blue Yonder Resolves issues and discrepancies with rate structures between Carriers/3PLs, GS&P, Freight Pay & Operations (RAID) Supports and prepares information for SOX audit and compliance including record retention Drafts and maintains SOP's Cross-trains on

Carrier Contract Administration, Blue Yonder and Evisort Who We Are Looking For:

You. USA Home Office Marlborough MA 300 Value Way This position has a starting salary range of $71,300.00 to $89,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
