Senior Contracts Administrator:
- Manage construction billing, contract administration, invoicing, collections, and project setup
- Prepare and submit AIA billings (G702/G703) and applications for payment
- Process invoices through ERP systems and client billing portals including Textura, GCPay, and Procore
- Track retainage, manage lien waivers, and support collections activities
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and billing standardization efforts Qualifications for the
Senior Contracts Administrator:
- 3+ years of construction billing and contract administration experience
- Strong AIA billing experience (G702/G703) required
- Construction industry background required
- Experience with Vista, Viewpoint, Sage, Procore, or similar ERP systems
