Our client, a specialty manufacturing and construction organization, is seeking a Temporary-to-Hire Inside Sales & Contract Administrator to join their team onsite in Taunton, MA. This full-time opportunity offers $23-$30/hour, depending on experience, and follows either an 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule with a 1-hour unpaid lunch or an 8:30 AM-5:00 PM schedule with a 30-minute unpaid break. This role supports customer service, sales operations, contract administration, and front office functions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries by phone, email, and in-person visits. Prepare, maintain, and distribute proposals, quotes, contracts, and sales-related documentation. Track leads, customer information, and project activity to support ongoing sales efforts. Coordinate customer onboarding and collect required contracts, compliance paperwork, and supporting documentation. Process orders and maintain accurate records within ERP and internal software systems. Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and shipping teams to support order fulfillment and project execution. Provide administrative support including data entry, spreadsheet management, reporting, and document organization. Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain a professional front office environment. Candidate Qualifications 2+ years of administrative support, customer service, sales support, contract administration, or related experience. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience working with ERP, CRM, or other business software systems preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Comfort learning new technology and navigating multiple software platforms. High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Qualified and interested candidates encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
