Anticipated contract start is April 2027, subject to contract award and the Government schedule. Support federal acquisition planning and contract tracking through clear documentation, reliable forecasts, and accurate data for Government review.

Clearance Required:

Secret. Candidates must meet this clearance requirement for the assignment; clearance status will be verified. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in federal contract administration, acquisition planning, or procurement support.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing draft acquisition planning documents, including market research, Performance Work Statements (PWS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP), and milestone briefing packages.
  • Ability to establish and maintain contract action trackers covering modifications, funding actions, and deliverables.
  • High proficiency in annual and 180
  • 90• 60• and 30-day contract action forecasting and Microsoft Excel for complex tracking and data integrity checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare draft acquisition planning documents and milestone briefings for Government review.
  • Maintain contract histories, action trackers, performance metrics, and milestone schedules.
  • Prepare contract action forecasts and flag approaching deadlines, funding actions, and expiration risks.
