Capture Manager
Role Overview:
A Capture Manager develops and leads campaigns for federal (B2G) or commercial (B2B) opportunities, and has project management skills and leadership experience. This includes overall development, maintenance, and execution of the capture plans and schedule, including customer and competitor assessments, price-to-win analysis, customer contact plans, win strategy development, and proposal planning.

Looking for a local of Pax River area to act as the client interface for Pax River as well as Capture Management for NAVAIR work. Prior aviator would be preferred.

- You have approximately more than 20 years of experience in this role
- You are relentless in solving problems, work well in teams, and enjoy a challenge.
- You are a citizen of the country w the opportunity is located or have to right to work in that country, and have completed the appropriate level of education in a relevant field.

Pay:
Project-based at approximately $142.25/hour ranging from $127.00/hour to $157.50/hour USD (paid in the currency of residence)
