Summary:
The successful candidate will bring experience working within healthcare environments and supporting clinical service arrangements, including professional service agreements that enable clinical operations, academic programs, and other mission-based activities. This role is well suited for someone who has partnered with physicians and clinical leaders and understands the unique considerations involved in provider-based services. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
License/Certifications:
ABA-approved paralegal certificate or other comparable legal experience preferred
Experience:
Three years of experience reviewing, negotiating, drafting and managing contracts preferred
