PCI is seeking an Office Administrator for its PCI Detroit 110 operations based in Novi, Michigan. This individual will provide administrative support to the branch across several key areas, including Human Resources, Contract Administration, Safety, Office Administration, Purchasing, Accounting, and Customer Service. This position offers potential growth to a salaried position.
Must be a self-starter with strong multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Exhibits robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Possesses critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.).
Job responsibilities include:
Assist in payroll process and accounts payableRespond to incoming calls with excellent customer serviceFacilitate new employee onboarding and orientationProcess travel and expense requestsAssist in customer billing and collection of past due accountsAssist in contract management and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers, and Estimators, as neededRequirementsMinimum 2 years of office administration experience; knowledge of construction industry operations and practices preferred.Must be a self-starter with strong multitasking abilities.
