Job Summary (Contract Specialist) We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Contract Specialist to join our dynamic team . This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence high-stakes agreements across various sectors. Responsibilities Prior experience working with the federal government, preferably in government constructron acquisition. Knowledge of procedures for solicitation, review, price/cost analysis, negotiation, and administration of contracts. Experience in the areas of Acquisition Support; Market Research; Statement Of Work; Close-Out and De-obligation support; Pre-Award Documentation; Solicitations; Contract Awards; Post-Award Support. Knowledge of contracting procedures to perform pre-award and post-award functions involving specialized procurement. Knowledge of FAR regulations TI clearance (formerly NACI)

License/Certification:

DAWIA or FAC-C certification (Preferred)
