Job Description
Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-focused Contract Administrator to support our organization's billing processes and vendor management function. This role is responsible for ensuring contractual compliance across billing activities, onboarding new vendors, and maintaining documentation and reporting standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, understands regulatory and contractual obligations, and enjoys building efficient, compliant workflows.
Contract Administrator Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee compliance for the billing function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.
+ Manage the onboarding process for new vendors, including collecting required documentation, verifying compliance with company standards, and setting up vendor records in internal systems.
+ Review, track, and maintain contracts, amendments, and billing-related documentation.
+ Act as a point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders to address contract compliance, billing inquiries, and documentation requests.
+ Collaborate with accounting, procurement, and operations teams to ensure vendor setup and billing processes align with company policies.
+ Monitor key contract milestones and deadlines to ensure obligations are met.
+ Conduct periodic audits of vendor files and billing processes to identify and correct compliance gaps.

+ Experience in contract administration, contract management, or a closely related administrative function.
+ Familiarity with vendor coordination, contract review processes, and document control practices.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in detailed work.
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal departments and external parties.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, related field OR 2+ years of experience in contract administration, billing compliance, vendor management, or related function.
