- This posting will be used to fill two Grants Specialist Senior vacancies. The Grants, Contracts, and Records Coordinator will be located in the Water Policy unit and the Fiscal, Grants and Contracts Administrator will be in the Environmental Surveillance and Assessment unit.
- The Grants, Contracts and Records Coordinator will develop and manage grants and contracts, and will lead process documentation, records management, and file planning for the Water Policy Center.
- _In accordance with HR/LR Policy #1422 Telework, this position is eligible for up to 50% telework for applicants who live in Minnesota or in a bordering state within 50 miles of the assigned work location.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in grants and contract work.
Experience must include the following:
- + Experience working with contracts, joint powers agreements, interagency agreements, annual plans, grants, income contracts or another closely related proposal type.
Degree Equivalencies:
- A related degree will substitute for experience as follows: Doctorate or JD may substitute for two (2) years of experience. A master's degree may substitute for eighteen (18) months of experience. A bachelor's degree may substitute for one (1) year of experience. An associate's degree may substitute for six (6) months of experience.
