In this role, you will coordinate service calls, installations, and preventive maintenance for commercial and enterprise clients, ensuring accurate scheduling, work order processing, and documentation. You will maintain service records, support billing and purchasing activities, and prepare routine reports. Working closely with technicians, sales, and customers, you'll uphold our culture of safety, integrity, and innovation while contributing to efficient, high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement in a global, technology-driven environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule service calls, installations, and maintenance for security and life safety systems. Create, track, and close work orders, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. Serve as a primary administrative contact for internal technicians and external customers. Maintain service records, contracts, and compliance-related documentation. Assist with billing support, purchase orders, and basic financial administration for service jobs. Generate routine service reports and performance summaries for leadership. Communicate job status, timelines, and changes to customers and field teams. Support continuous improvement of service processes and tools. Ensure adherence to company safety, integrity, and quality standards.
