Contract Administrator - Aerospace Manufacturing Aberdeen, MS | In-Person | $90,000 - $100,000 /yr | Full-Time A well established and growing aerospace manufacturing company with a team that cares about their people is hiring a Contracts Assistant/Coordinator to support contract administration for a highly regulated aerospace and defense supply chain.
What You'll Do:
Review customer contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and purchase order terms Support drafting of contract documents, modifications, and change orders under guidance Maintain organized, audit ready contract files and update ERP/customer portal records Support contract closeout, from documentation review to final archival Assist with FAR, DFARS, and ITAR compliance efforts and supplier flow-down documentation Support proposal and RFP efforts, including compliance matrices, risk assessments, and pricing coordination with Finance Prepare materials and take notes during contract negotiations Partner with Program Management to track funding, deliverables, and milestones
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field 3-7 years of contract administration experience, aerospace or defense strongly preferred Familiarity with FAR based agreements and federal contracting basics Exposure to fixed price and cost reimbursable contract types Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems Nice to
Have:
Experience in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with DoD or NASA contracts NCMA certification (CFCM/CCCM) or working toward one Subcontract administration or supplier flow-down experience Eligibility for a security clearance
