Prepare and maintain a Task Order Management Plan, as part of the overall Program Management Plan, describing the technical approach, organizational resources, and management controls employed to meet cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout execution. Initiate formal project management using Project Management Institute principles to support the Government in managing external audits, new system installation, and new process adoption for USAR unclassified and classified networks. Build and maintain a catalog of standard service reports describing service delivery quality, such as threat assessments, compliance reports, Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI) reports, briefings, and assessment reports. The Project Manager shall be responsible for all contractor team administration.
