Full Job Description Pay:
72,000 to $75,000 annually, based on education and experience
Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week with occasional additional hours based on business needs Ready to make an impact by helping drive growth and strengthen customer partnerships? AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment. As our Director of ProposalsDistrict Contracts , you'll lead the RFP process for AlphaBEST and its subsidiary companies while overseeing key B2B contract renewals and deadlines. You'll partner across Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to develop compelling proposals, prepare for upcoming opportunities, and ensure important contract milestones are proactively managed. We're looking for a leader who: Is an exceptional writer and editor who can turn complex information into clear, persuasive business language Excels at managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines Brings strong attention to detail and a compliance-focused mindset Thinks strategically and proactively identifies upcoming opportunities and risks Builds strong cross-functional relationships and takes ownership from start to finish In this role, you will: Lead RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs from opportunity evaluation through final submission Develop proposal strategy, messaging, content, and supporting materials Own and maintain our Loopio proposal management platform and content library Track B2B contracts, renewals, extensions, expirations, and anticipated rebids Partner with Sales, Legal, Operations, and other teams to proactively manage contract and proposal priorities Prepare presentation materials and teams for RFP interviews and finalist presentations Track proposal outcomes and use win/loss and competitive insights to strengthen future strategies Manage and develop one direct report supporting proposal coordination and administration Support business development and marketing initiatives as organizational priorities require
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in proposal management, RFP development, business development, contract administration, marketing, or a related field preferred Public-sector or education-sector RFP experience strongly preferred Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and organizational skills Ability to interpret complex RFPs, contracts, procurement documents, and scoring criteria Experience with proposal management software preferred; Loopio experience is a plus but not required Strong analytical, presentation development, and cross-functional collaboration skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Why Join Us?
