Senior Contracts Administrator Responsibilities:
Oversee contracts and subcontracts throughout their entire lifecycle to ensure compliance and performance. Assist in preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and communicating with customers. Interpret contractual terms and monitor compliance with applicable regulations. Provide guidance on contractual obligations, risks, and billing processes. Maintain detailed contract files and track contractual responsibilities.Senior Contracts Administrator Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required; Business Administration preferred. 5-10 years of experience in contract management, especially in government or industry settings. Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and government contracting procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills along with analytical capabilities.
