Successful candidates will provide assistance, guidance, research, and other duties as assigned (e.g., design, recruitment, curriculum development, course design, research, etc.) on a variety of topics, including, but not limited to: accounting, accounting information systems, financial accounting, government accounting, taxation, administrative studies, finance, economics, real estate, marketing, management, management science and information systems, operational management, strategic leadership, supply chain, and much more. Candidates may be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Conducting research Preparing materials (e.g., presentations, proposals, documents, etc.) as assigned by the hiring manager Generate reports, summaries, and materials for distribution to internal and external entities Developing curriculum, course designs, and course material review Some positions may be grant funded.

12/31/2026 Minimum Education and Experience Requires an advanced degree and at least one year of instructional/presentational experience, or a combination of education and experience. The degree requirement may be waived if a candidate is considered a subject matter expert in their field. A doctoral degree is preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Demands and Work Environment May be required to travel between Rutgers-Newark and Rutgers-New Brunswick campuses.
