Administrative Specialist Fortune Logistics Inc Port Reading, NJ Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications English Bachelor's degree Data-driven problem-solving Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Administrative Specialist to support daily office operations, documentation, data management, and communication. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has prior professional experience, and preferably has a background in real estate, insurance, mathematics, science, finance, or another analytical field. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative and operational support to management and staff. Prepare, review, organize, and maintain business documents, contracts, reports, and records. Enter, update, and verify information in company databases and spreadsheets. Perform basic calculations, data analysis, and report preparation. Manage emails, phone calls, appointments, and internal communications. Coordinate with clients, vendors, insurance providers, real estate professionals, and other business partners. Track deadlines, document expiration dates, renewals, payments, and follow-up items. Assist with insurance, real estate, licensing, compliance, or other business-related documentation. Identify missing or inaccurate information and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain confidentiality when handling company, employee, and client information. Complete other administrative duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Real estate or insurance industry experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with a strong background in mathematics, science, engineering, finance, or another analytical field are encouraged to apply. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Professional, dependable, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience. Preferred Skills Experience reviewing contracts, insurance policies, property documents, invoices, or financial records. Familiarity with data entry, recordkeeping, document control, and basic reporting. Bilingual ability is a plus.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
