- Responsibilities Administer federal and state contracts from initial setup through completion Review contract terms, requirements, modifications, and supporting documentation Prepare, process, and track contract modifications, change documentation, and amendments Support compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other applicable contractual requirements Maintain contract files, required documentation, correspondence, and reporting Coordinate with project management, operations, accounting, and leadership on contractual requirements and deadlines Assist with subcontract administration, documentation, and compliance Track deliverables, notices, approvals, insurance requirements, and other contract obligations Support contract negotiations and resolution of contract-related questions or issues Monitor contracts for changes that may impact scope, schedule, cost, or compliance Ensure documentation is complete and maintained throughout the life of each contract Qualifications Previous experience in contracts administration, contract management, or a closely related role Experience working with federal and/or state contracts Working knowledge of FAR requirements; DFARS experience is strongly preferred Experience reviewing contract terms, modifications, and compliance requirements Familiarity with subcontract administration and contract documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and documentation requirements Comfortable working cross-functionally with project, accounting, operations, and leadership teams Construction, engineering, government services, or federal contracting experience is preferred A bit about us:•We are working with a major construction company in the Greate to add a Contracts Administrator to its team.
