We are seeking a Sr. Subcontract Management Specialist to support subcontract formation and administration, including preparing and reviewing bid packages, developing contract procedures, monitoring subcontract performance, forecasting project needs, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Subcontract Management- Implements the Supply Chain Assignment Schedule which records the Project's agreed assignment of various subcontract management tasks and the Standard Work Process Procedures applicable to Subcontract Management
- Manages assigned subcontracts maintaining a continual review of progress and providing management with information regarding projected financial or technical difficulties
- Coordinates with designated staff on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations, subcontract performance, and other major matters
- Manage moderately complex contract changes by negotiating with customer personnel and obtaining settlement
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience Additional Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of subcontract terms and conditions and EPC contracting practices.
- Proven leadership and supervisory capability.
- Strong negotiation, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to operate as a trusted deputy and extension of the Project Subcontracts Manager.
- Full-time on-site availability.
- Preference for subcontract management experience in Semiconductor / Data Center / Life Sciences sectors.
