Position Summary Morgan Stanley's Institutional Consulting Solutions (ICS) business provides consulting services and solutions to institutional investors, including corporate retirement plans, foundations, endowments, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, insurer, and Taft-Hartley funds. We work directly with Financial Advisors/Consultants and other key partners across the Firm to drive asset growth. As part of the ICS Communications team, the Institutional RFP Content Manager will play a key role in developing, organizing and maintaining our content database used to support high-quality RFP responses, making sure that language and materials are clear, concise, relevant, up to date and support business-development efforts. Responsibilities Include
- Curating, organizing and updating our content library to help facilitate our responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Working with teammates and subject-matter experts to make sure information is updated, accurate and easy to understand
- Establish and manage content review cycles, including periodic SME validation, expiration tracking, version control, approval workflows, and archival of outdated content.
- Review submissions to evaluate new additions/updates to content library
- Identify opportunities to improve proposal efficiency through content taxonomy, metadata, tagging, templates, response automation, and workflow discipline.
- Ensuring accuracy and stylistic consistency in our proposal language
- Collaborating with our Risk team to keep content compliant with regulatory requirements
- Supporting project management as needed for large proposals Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing background, with experience preferred in the RFP/RFI space and/or financial services
- Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders
- Results-driven and passionate about contributing to the firm's growth
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
