We are a family-owned company providing developers, property managers, and business owners best in class flooring products and services for over 44 years. We sell, install and maintain hardwood, tile, carpet, laminate and vinyl in 28 states and are the 8th largest flooring service provider in the USA. Our company is currently hiring a Construction Administrator to support the New Construction Department and the various regions it serves around the country. We are searching for a versatile candidate who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with management on creating and maintaining organized project files Creating work orders for installation crews Drafting correspondence & other formal documents Handling waivers, warranties and assembling close-out packages Assisting project managers with submittals, paperwork and material follow up Updating CO LogsREQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Proficient with computers and bookkeeping software, have strong typing skills Experienced with Microsoft Excel Exceptional with time management and verbal and written communication skills Able to multitask and remain motivated and positive Committed to working efficiently and accurately Highly organized and good at following up A quick learner Able to work independently as well as with a team Dependable and willing to take initiative Take initiative, be responsible and trustworthy Flooring knowledge and/or Construction experience a plusALL CANDIDATES MUST
