General information Country USA State Ohio City Cincinnati Descriptions & requirements About the role: As a Legal Contracts Intake Analyst with TQL, you will manage the intake process for the Contracts Team and serve as a liaison between internal business stakeholders and Contract Analysts. You will monitor incoming document review requests; triage, prioritize, route, track, and assign work based on urgency, complexity, document type, analyst skill, training, and workload. You will also maintain familiarity with TQL's standard documents and commonly requested customer, carrier, and vendor documents to help ensure contract review requests are handled accurately and efficiently. What's in it for you: $52,400- $65,500 base salary plus performance-based bonus Health, Dental, and Vision coverage to best fit your needs, including a plan that takes $0 out of your paycheck + 401(k) with company match Advancement opportunities within structured career paths Employee referral bonus opportunities Up to $5,000/yr in tuition reimbursement We win wherever we go - Voted a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For (2023) and Forbes America's Best Employers (2022) What you'll be doing: Manage and monitor the Contracts Team inbox and intake process for contract, legal, and document-related requests, ensuring submissions are acknowledged, prioritized, and addressed timely Evaluate and triage incoming requests based on urgency, complexity, document type, business requirements, and applicable TQL documents, policies, and Legal processes Prioritize and assign requests to Contract Analysts based on complexity, analyst skill and training, workload, and business needs Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance, status updates, and expectations throughout the review process Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract requests, document selection, review processes, and the use of TQL standard agreements when appropriate. Review existing documentation for validity, expiration, contracting entity, scope, or superseding documents and advise stakeholders on appropriate next steps Identify requests that misrepresent TQL's role, fall outside established policies or scope of services, or otherwise require pushback, and provide appropriate guidance Determine when requests can be resolved within the intake function and when contractual, legal, or business risk matters require escalation Maintain working knowledge of TQL's standard documents and commonly requested customer, carrier, and vendor documents Track open requests and follow up with Contract Analysts and stakeholders to support timely completion and resolution Collaborate with Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, IT, Purchasing, Finance, and other business units to gather information and facilitate the contract review process Identify and implement routine intake and workflow improvements and recommend broader process changes to the Legal Contracts Supervisor Attend, participate in, and lead training conducted or recommended by the Legal Contracts Supervisor Perform additional responsibilities and projects assigned by the Legal Contracts Supervisor What you need: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience 0-2 years of experience in a legal, administrative, professional services, or sales environment preferred Experience in an intake, coordination or workflow management role Familiarity with contract review processes, document management, or operations is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, ability to multi-task, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively across teams. Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to use the internet for business and legal research Comfort with task-tracking, work-flow-management, or document-management tools Ability to manage a high-volume inbox and multiple concurrent requests Where you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd, Cincinnati, OH 45245 Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
