Full-Time Position Summary Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced ServiceTitan Specialist to lead the optimization, management, and ongoing development of our ServiceTitan platform across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Garage Door divisions. This role is critical in ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools, workflows, reporting, and integrations needed to operate efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, systems-minded professional with advanced ServiceTitan knowledge, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a passion for process improvement. This person will serve as our in-house ServiceTitan expert and Certified Administrator, supporting everything from pricebook management and reporting to integrations, automation, payroll setup, memberships, and technician workflow optimization. Key Responsibilities ServiceTitan Administration & Optimization Serve as the primary administrator and internal expert for the ServiceTitan platform Manage and maintain all ServiceTitan settings, configurations, and user permissions Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows, dispatch boards, memberships, estimates, forms, and operational processes Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall platform utilization Partner with leadership to implement scalable systems and best practices across all departments Pricebook Management Build, maintain, and optimize the ServiceTitan pricebook across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Garage Door divisions Ensure pricing accuracy, flat-rate consistency, proper task setup, and clean categorization Manage equipment, materials, memberships, warranties, and service task configurations Coordinate pricing updates and vendor integrations as needed Integrations & System Management Manage and support integrations between ServiceTitan and third-party platforms including accounting, marketing, payroll, financing, and communication systems Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary Assist with implementation and testing of new software tools and automation initiatives Monitor system performance and maintain data integrity across platforms Reporting & Data Analysis Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports for leadership teams Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements Support departments with custom reporting and KPI tracking Ensure accurate setup for payroll, commissions, memberships, and revenue reporting Training & Team Support Provide day-to-day support for office staff, technicians, installers, and managers using ServiceTitan Assist with onboarding and training new team members on system processes and workflows Create and maintain SOPs, training guides, and process documentation Stay up to date on ServiceTitan releases, features, and best practices Project & Process Improvement Participate in operational improvement initiatives and company-wide projects Collaborate with department leaders to streamline workflows and improve accountability Assist with system standardization across departments and brands under Home Promise Co. Help develop scalable operational systems that support company growth Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience using ServiceTitan in a residential home service company ServiceTitan Certified Administrator certification preferred or willingness to obtain immediately Advanced understanding of ServiceTitan modules including Pricebook, Dispatch, Memberships, Payroll, Reporting, and Job Costing Experience managing ServiceTitan integrations and operational workflows Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services industry preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for growth within Home Promise Co.
