Position Introduction:
The Research Administration Office at the University of Oklahoma is currently looking for a Senior Contract/Grant Administrator to support the full lifecycle of sponsored research activities, including the development, submission, and non-financial post-award administration of complex grants and contracts, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, university, and sponsor regulations. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree. 36 months experience in sponsored program administration or related experience in an academic institution for higher education or research environment.
Equivalent/ Substitution:
Will accept 48 months of sponsored research experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree for a total of 84 months experience.
Required Certifications and Licenses:
Certified Research Administrator (CRA) or
CRA-eligible Department Preferences:
Ability and desire to perform a number of different types of tasks throughout a given day, ranging from handling of urgent requests to long-term tasks Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload based on multiple deadlines Hiring Contingent Upon a
