Position Summary Career Employment Service is seeking a Contract and Data Analyst - Managed Care for a direct-hire, onsite opportunity in Tulsa . This position analyzes managed care contracts, monitors reimbursement and financial performance, supports contract negotiations, and develops contract projection models within Epic . Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Full-time | Onsite Direct hire Key Responsibilities Analyze managed care contracts and reimbursement Develop financial models and contract projections Monitor contract performance and payment compliance Assist with contract negotiations and dispute resolution Develop and maintain contract analysis datasets Build, test, and maintain contract models within Epic Collaborate with internal teams and payors to resolve issues Qualifications 3-4 years of related experience Managed care, health plan contracting, and provider reimbursement experience Experience in a health system, clinic, or surgery center Familiarity with EHR systems Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Proficiency with Excel; Power BI experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certification
