Full Job Description Overview:
Join the Champion International Moving Team as a Team Administrator! Champion International Moving, a division of Atlas World Group, provides global relocation and moving services for corporations, government agencies, and individuals worldwide. Known for exceptional service, industry expertise, and operational excellence, Champion helps clients navigate international moves with confidence through personalized support and reliable mobility solutions. We're looking for a detail-oriented Team Administrator to support our Business Administration and Logistics teams. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, supporting operational processes, and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You'll work closely with team members to support daily operations and help keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Support daily administrative and operational activities while ensuring compliance with company procedures and ISO standards. Maintain account information, contact records, and provide operational support to team members. Generate reports, collect required documentation, and complete file closure activities using established processes and checklists. Organize billing documents, enter shipment information into company systems, and update shipment actuals and account records. Prepare, scan, upload, print, copy, file, and distribute documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Manage team inboxes and route requests to the appropriate team members. Track shipments, update inventory records, and prepare supporting documentation. Prepare weekly account status updates and maintain account records, spreadsheets, and team folders. Assist with FIDI-related documentation, email management, and ISF submissions. Support internal and external customer inquiries while delivering a high level of service.

Qualifications:
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. 0-2 years of administrative, logistics, relocation services, or related experience. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and software quickly. Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
