Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Services Coordinator to join our growing team in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to support the preparation and review of life insurance policy sale contracts while ensuring accuracy throughout the due diligence process. Duties:
Prepare, review, and process contracts related to the sale of life insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness Conduct detailed due diligence by verifying policy information and supporting documentation prior to contract execution Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to gather required documentation and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records and track contract status throughout the sales process Ensure all contract documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements Provide administrative support throughout the contract lifecycle, from preparation through final executionRequirements:
Minimum 2 years of legal administrative experience Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certification Proficiency inMicrosoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Note:
