Job Description

Target PR Range:
55-65/hr
  • Depending on experience Job Description
  • Manage GPO/IDN customer membership additions, removals, and eligibility validation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved contract terms.
  • Support membership onboarding and contract participation requests for GPOs, IDNs, Specialty Pharmacies, and other customer segments.
  • Validate and maintain customer attributes including Class of Trade (COT), DEA, and HIN identifiers.
  • Support distributor membership communications and EDI membership transmissions.
  • Monitor membership disconnects, pricing discrepancies, and credit/rebill activity.
  • Utilize Model N data to review contract compliance and membership activity. Requirements
  • Experience with Model N contract and membership management.
  • Direct experience managing GPO, IDN, and Specialty Pharmacy contract memberships.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial contracting, customer eligibility validation, and distributor operations.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent amount of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding customer service skills for both internal and external customers.

This is not a traditional Data Analyst position. We are specifically seeking candidates with pharmaceutical commercial contracting and membership administration experience.
Preferred backgrounds include:
  • Market Access Operations
  • Contract Operations
  • Pricing & Contract Administration
  • Gross-to-Net Operations
  • Membership Administration
  • Channel Contracting Operations Candidates should have direct experience with:
  • Model N
  • GPO contract membership management
  • IDN contract participation and eligibility management
  • Specialty Pharmacy contract administration
  • Distributor membership processes Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers and commercial contracting organizations.
Candidates without direct Model N experience are unlikely to be competitive for this role.
