This position offers a dynamic mix of strategic thinking, detailed project analysis, and relationship building—perfect for someone who thrives in a self-directed environment and enjoys a challenge. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit approximately 30 bids per month, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. Gather, review, and analyze blueprints, proposals, specifications, and related documents to develop a thorough understanding of project requirements. Assess and prioritize bid opportunities, ensuring all qualifying bids are submitted on time. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments on scope changes or project updates. Obtain vendor bids by specifying materials, negotiating pricing, and securing discounts. Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients, vendors, architects, and engineers. Review completed bids with senior management to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement. Occasionally visit job sites or client offices to evaluate conditions and discuss projects. Stay current with industry trends through ongoing education and industry publications. Must-Have Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, in a work environment. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work independently for long periods, focusing on detailed drawings and digital data. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Nice-to-Have Skills Prior construction knowledge Ability to perform basic measurements from blueprints.
