Job Description

Overview The Contract Administration Bureau within the Agency of Transportation (AOT) is a fast-paced setting dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement in serving our partners and customers. The Contract Administrator in the Work Authorization Unit will be responsible for: Review of work authorization requests Creating work authorizations Receiving and reviewing invoices associated to those work authorizations Ensuring all work authorizations and invoices are in compliance with the contract as well as State and Federal regulations The Unit also manages the Consultant Evaluations process. This position requires an Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The ability to juggle multiple priorities and exhibit clear communication is the key to success in this position. This is a hybrid position, with three full days required in office. Minimum Qualifications Associates degree or certificate program in contract administration, public administration, accounting, business management, legal, or related field. OR High school or equivalent AND one (1) year or more of experience at a technical level in contract administration or a related field.
